Staff Den and Green Room Policy

At Arisia 2010, the Staff Den will only be open to Staff with Staff (or equivalent) ribbons and the Green Room will only be open to Event Participants, Gamemasters, and Program Participants with corresponding ribbons. We will no longer be able to admit spouses and children to the Staff Den and the Green Room. All Arisia attendees are welcome to avail themselves of the snacks and seating in the Consuite. Arisia continues to work with the hotel to provide affordable food choices in the restaurant and lobby. We regret any inconvenience this may cause to our Staff, Event Participants, Gamemasters, Program Participants, and their families, but are implementing these changes so that these two areas can better serve their necessary functions.
